Happy Easter! I hope you guys are enjoying the weekend/holiday and are spending it with your loved ones. Soon I'm going to leave the office work behind and take some time off.
New clothes are in the making here in the studio together with another little project that I can't wait to reveal more about soon!
The flower of this month is the lovely daffodil. I actually had another flower picked out in the first place, but since Easter came earlier this year they had to switch place. The daffodil's vibrant yellow colour really shines and brightens up every place. It's been nice to see daffodils here and there lately, another reminder that spring is coming!
See you after the holidays! :)

I do enjoy arranging things in my home, as you might have noticed :)
Lately it's been very quiet and still here in the apartment. During February there was almost no sunlight for several weeks leaving each day with a grey gloomy feeling. I spent some weekends in February looking for treasures at flea markets, especially old bottles and glass jars to put flowers in. It had a bit of a therapeutic effect on me to walk around and find items and new impressions for the home and then fix and arrange things in the apartment in my spare time while waiting for spring.
The sun has been more generous in March so last week I put away my winter shoes, only to find that it started snowing again a few days ago. So I had to take them out again, and the winter coat and the wool knits stays on for a little longer. Even though the winter continues (the weather forecast says that there's going to be a snow storm in Southern Sweden tomorrow) it's going to be even more exciting when spring finally arrives for real!
In the meantime I will continue to work on the new collection. And I wish you all a great start of the week :)

Ny Østergade 32
1101 Copenhagen K
During these last few weeks I've been in Copenhagen twice and then I came to think of that I've always wanted to include a little travel guide on my blog of places that I find inspiring to visit here and there, and of course also in my current city Gothenburg. So now and then I will write about a place under the headline "Places to Visit". First out is Beau Marché in Copenhagen. I hope you will like it!
In an old building, just a few minutes walk from Kongens Nytorv (The King's New Square) in Copenhagen lies a beautifully combined café, furniture and wine shop, called Beau Marché. The café and wine shop is located inside of a courtyard next to the furniture shop.
The furniture shop offers a great mix of old and new timeless industrial design - furniture as well as design objects (like lamps, prints of old maps, art posters, soap and frangranced candles) in different price ranges, from affordable to more expensive.
The atmosphere at Beau Marché is warm, cosy and inviting. The staff is very kind and I do believe that a place with the essence of French beautiful markets as its concept can never be wrong! :) If you are ever in Copenhagen, I really recommend a visit to this place, especially the café. Sit down, have a glass of wine or a cup of coffee and just enjoy the environment.
Beau Marché has quickly become one of my favourite places to go to whenever I'm in the city.
